Tom-Cain-CLAIMTom Cain – Co-Founder & Board President

Tom started six businesses. Four involved apartment investment brokerage, research and publishing, asset management and consulting. Two were associated with commercial fishing. He is currently active in apartment market research and the commercial fishing industry.

He was on the Estate Planning Advisory Committee at Seattle University, his alma mater. He was also the first Board President of the Institute of Awakened Mutuality where he served two terms. Tom is a lifelong resident of Seattle, and has been a part of the Trillium Awakening™ (formerly Waking Down in Mutuality®) community since 2003.

Lisa-Macy-CLAIMLisa Macy – Board Secretary

Lisa has been a member of the Waking Down in Mutuality® community since 2009, and currently facilitates peer group Mutuality Circles in Atlanta, Georgia. Lisa was initially drawn to CLAIM so that her far-flung family members would have access to effective transformative communities. Lisa is proud that CLAIM provides an opportunity and structure for people to do deep spiritual work in a loving community even when they don’t live near a teacher. Lisa is a yoga/meditation teacher and a writer, with an interest in Integral Philosophy & Practice, Sustainability and Dance.

Rod-Taylor-CLAIMRod Taylor – Board Member

Rod is a human development teacher and life coach who lives in British Columbia, Canada. He has been practicing and teaching awakening and meditation techniques for over 40 years. He also worked for government in Northern Canada for over 30 years in the areas of community development, employment related training, and conflict resolution.  He has a Masters Degree in Adult Education, post-secondary certification in Conflict Resolution, and is a certified teacher of Trillium Awakening™ educational programs and coaching services, and Pan Gu Shengong qigong. Pat-Keating-CLAIMPat Keating, Ph.D. – Board Member

Pat leads Talent Management & Workforce Strategy, the organization which includes Learning & Organizational Effectiveness. Pat joined Stanford in February of 2011 from Cisco, where he was the Director of Corporate Affairs and the Managing Director of the Guanghua Leadership Institute at Peking University. He also held positions as the Director of Worldwide Leadership Education and Development and the Director of Finance Learning and Development at Cisco. Prior to joining Cisco, Pat was a Professor of Business Administration at San Jose State University, receiving the Dean’s Faculty Excellence Award in the College of Business. Pat has his Ph.D. from Penn State. Additionally, Pat has served in training and consulting roles as varied as a major redesign of SJSU’s procurement and accounts payable processes to the collection and analysis of diagnostic data on the role of the financial organization for Apple Computer, Inc.

Greg-Aurand-CLAIM-2013Greg Aurand – Co-Founder & CEO

When not involved in community development and training, Greg works as a business development consultant. He is an experienced community organizer and mutuality group leader, a Field Center Certified facilitator, and a Certified Gene Keys™ Guide. Greg has been involved in Waking Down in Mutuality®*—a process that produces consistent, stable realization of non-separate Conscious Embodiment—since 2004. Greg has a passion for emerging paths and practices that accelerate and precipitate self-realization and significant leaps in consciousness.
